The State of Journalism Education in an Arab Institute
Higher education consulting is needed and journalism education is part of it in many developing regions (or “emerging markets,” as per what some consulting companies calls them). In the case of the Arab region, journalism education is a cross between higher education and non-profits in some countries, such as Jordan. media education has advanced there. Media growth and centers for training are excellent in a region where historically the government or political parties have owned and / or exercised control or oversight of the media apparatus.
